One of the most important items regarding your pipe organ or potential pipe organ is to know its condition or the options regarding servicing, rebuilding or a new organ. This is where a thorough evaluation and estimation is necessary.

For an existing organ a member of the Williamson-Warne & Associates staff will make a personal inspection of the instrument, including documenting the instrument through photography.

With this information, a comprehensive report of the organ's condition (to include pictures) is given to the client to provide a complete understanding of the condition of the instrument, and what needed repairs are necessary.

Also included is an estimation of the organ's replacement value that can be used in properly insuring the organ. This, of course, is provided at no cost. For new and rebuilding, we provide an initial consultation and specification at no cost.
