The first area is general organ terms.

The second section is organ stop names. In this section you will also find audio examples of some of the different stops listed. These examples were taken from a variety of different instruments, built by a variety of different builders, including Williamson-Warne & Associates. By having these different examples provided here is not an endorsement of any of the examples, nor is it definitive examples of our or other builders work, but were provided here to show not only tonal examples of the different sounds of the organ for educational purposes, but also to show that a wide variety of tonal philosophies of a given stop can exist, and were placed here for comparative purposes.

The third section is devoted to harpsichord terms.

And the last section contains reed organ terms.
