Services provided by Williamson-Warne & Associates.
We here at Williamson-Warne & Associates take loss and loss prevention seriously. We offer to organ owners and insurance companies a variety of services to include:
1. Providing letters of valuation/replacement cost estimate for insurance purposes.
2. Providing safety inspection and reports. This can either be for the pipe organ owner and/or insurance company. This type of report in not intended to be a report-detailing repair, tuning or voicing problems with the organ, but rather safety issues with the organ and its surrounding environment, which could trigger an insurable loss and claim. This would include a plan for rectifying all problems.
3. Provide, in the event of a loss, and evaluation report of damage along with an estimated cost for repair/replacement. This can be provided to the pipe organ owner as either as a bid (or alternate bid if the pipe organ owner is seeking multiple bids), an independent evaluation from a firm who is excluded from the bidding process, or to the insurance company who wants an independent, non-bidding firm to gain a prospective of actual losses incurred. This is especially helpful when a large-scale disaster occurs (such as an earthquake or hurricane) that the insurance company or companies can assign a single person or firm to evaluate multiple claims within an area and to assist in the claims process.
4. Provide emergency instrument safety preservation. This would include any emergency protection to the remaining portions of the organ, or disassembly/removal of portions, or the whole organ to protect the instrument or to provide a safe environment for persons and property around the organ.
5. Of course, Williamson-Warne & Associates is capable of handling any and all loss issues, from minor repairs to complete instrument replacement in the event of a catastrophic loss.
